- Personal Identification Information (PII) We collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, make a payment, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Site, as well as in ways other than through our Site, such as when you send us a fax, through phone calls with us, or e-mails to us. We also collect personal identification information about you, when authorized, from certain third parties such as credit card processors. As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal identification information” means information that would allow a party to identify you, which includes, for example, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, social security number, income or other financial information (such as account balances, payment history, credit history, and credit scores), or credit card information. You may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain Site-related activities, products, or services.
- Non-Personal Identification Information We collect non-personal identification information about you whenever you interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include, but is not limited to, the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about your means of connection to our Site, such as your operating system, internet service provider, URL of previous websites you visited, aggregated and de-identified data, search terms, clicked links, and other similar information.
- Log-Files We track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. We do this in order to meet the requirements of various compliance laws in place for your security. We also do this for internal customer care auditing functions.
- Web Browser Cookies Our Site uses “cookies” to enhance your experience; both “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and “persistent” cookies, which remain on your hard drive for an extended period of time. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
- Send periodic Emails
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We encrypt your social security number, and account numbers using full probabilistic encryption and 256-bit AES symmetric keys to ensure strong protection.
Our Site is in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for you when using our Site.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We do not sell e-mail lists or customer lists to third parties. We share generic aggregated demographic non-personal information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers, for the purposes outlined above. We do not link aggregated demographic non-personal information with personal identification information.
We share your personal identification information with carefully selected third parties that help us provide, maintain, and improve the Site and the services and products we offer, or that provide us with marketing or other business services, and such third parties have access to your personal identification information in order to perform their services. These third parties may include but are not limited to financial service providers such as insurance companies or payment or data processing companies, and marketing companies or other business services.
We share your personal identification information with outside third parties only to the extent necessary to process or administer your transaction or permit such third parties to provide marketing or other services to us. We ensure such service providers are contractually obligated to keep your personal identification information confidential and use it only for the purpose for which we have contracted with such third party.
We also share your personal identification information with those entities with whom we in good faith believe we are required to do so by law. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, social security number, and any other information you provide to us on any form or field on the Site.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.Consistent with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request, collect, or use personal identification information from anyone we know to be under the age of 13 without requiring parental consent. Further, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 13. Any person who provides their personal identification information to Full Skope, LLC through the Site represents that they are 13 years of age or older.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from U.S. laws, please note that you are transferring your personal identification information to the United States, which does not have the same data protection laws as the EU and other regions. By providing your personal identification information you consent to: (i) the use of your personal identification information for the uses identified above in accordance with this Privacy Policy and (ii) the transfer of your personal identification information to the United States as indicated above.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal identification information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal identification information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing as indicated in the “Contacting Us” section below. Under a recent amendment to the California law, beginning January 2014, Full Skope, LLC must also disclose (1) how the Site responds to web browser “do not track” requests and similar mechanisms that consumers may use, and (2) whether third parties can use the Site to collect non-personal and personal identification information about a user’s online activities over time and across different sites. This can be accomplished by a hyperlink that leads to a description of any program or protocol that allows users a “do not track” option.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
